Funeral service was at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Monday 15th March 2021.
She arrived in horse and carriage to the crematorium with family following behind. She slowed traffic and many people stopped to pay their respect as she passed by. I'm sure she would have loved this, only the best for our fallen angel. The service was perfect and commented on Ellen's life and how she was as a person, beautiful inside and out. We had moments of reflection where we thought about our memories. How kind, sweet and full of love she was to all that she met.
Thank you to all who attended and watched the live stream, we are all grateful for your kind words and condolences.
This was not goodbye, it was see you soon. We will look for you in rainbows and you will forever be in our heart.
Thank you for donating flowers and for donating to a cause that was close to my mums heart. She called herself an 'aplastic anemia warrior' and she certainly was. Its a rare disease that isn't as widely recognised and my mum cared alot about many charities and had many illnesses through her life. But we felt that this is the one that she would of chosen and she would be so grateful that she could help others with your donations. I will be keeping donations open to continue to support this cause
